Are Flat Croissants a Flop? | Salswee in New York City

Описание к видео Are Flat Croissants a Flop? | Salswee in New York City

For episode 5 of “What the Frick Is Happening to Croissants?!” we are trying a flat croissant from Salswee in Flat Iron in New York City.

The flat croissant was invented in Korea, and it has made its way over to NYC. A handful of spots are serving it up, but Salswee has gotten the most hype on social media.

This French-Asian bakery serves up stunning desserts and pastries, but we were there for one thing only: the Flat croissant.

Find out if it’s worth the hype, or if we should leave the pastry alone.

(Spoiler Alert: I don’t think we tried the right flat croissant in NYC….)
