Santa Fe 3751 to San Bernardino Railroad Days 2014

On April 12, 2014 Santa Fe 3751 made her yearly run out to San Bernardino for the 2014 railroad days event at the San Bernardino station. It felt good to see 3751 again since I missed her 2013 run and her run out to the Grand Canyon in 2012.

We start off with following the engine down the I-10. The first 2 minutes of following it were pretty good, but after that we weren't able to get right back up to it again due to cars pushing their way in and cars that just wouldn't speed up.

We then stopped at North Grand Ave in Covina, where WB Metrolink 357 rolloed by, followed by 3751 after she had to let 357 get by. Our next planned location was South Euclid Ave. in Upland, but she beat us to it.

Finally, we made our way to San Bernardino, where we saw power for the NB Daygo picking cars up to take the Barstow, followed by 3751 arriving. The Daygo was running 10 hours late that day!
