These signals are installed here even though this is actually a residential area on one side because there is a lot of traffic and pedestrians that come around here that is happening currently. Normally there would be very less pedestrians or vehicles coming and blasting off me and I was walking on a bike that isn’t pedestrian friendly.

Traffic signals info:
All 19 red and yellow lights are LED
The green lights have 18 LEDs and 1 incandescent
All 8 pedestrian signals are LED countdown.
