Wrapping up the 30-day Athlean-X program and sharing the last exercises from Pull Day. I really enjoyed this program! For the first time in a long time, I could visibly see a change in my triceps along with an increase in strength and endurance. Highly recommending weight lifting for anyone (especially women) looking to tone & define your arms while breaking new strength records! Building triceps and being strong is for girls!
Exercises featured: Deadlifts, Chest Supported Row, Dumbbell Gorilla Row, Straight Arm Pushdown, Barbell Bicel Curl, Overhead Tricep Extension, and Angels & Devils.
