PD has more headroom and can be more transparent

Our advise? Get both, haha! They are WAY too different and cool to not have both. Both work excellently with guitar & bass, and both can work in a wide variety of instances: straight to a power amp, into a clean preamp or even stacked with other overdriven preamps and pedals! And both operate at 18VDC operation: Berserker Electronics pedals ALWAYS have a clean setting as well as a wide frequency response, courtesy of the increased operating voltage.
