Adani Green Energy Limited (AGEL), one of the largest renewables companies in India, todayannounced that it hassigned a share purchase agreement for the acquisition of 100% stake in two SPVs holding75 MWoperating solar projects ofSterling &Wilson Private Limited, a Shapoorji Pallonji group company.The enterprise valuation of the two target SPVs is Rs. 446Cr. With this acquisition, AGEL will increase its operating renewable capacity to 3,470 MW with a total renewable portfolio of 15,240 MW.

Around 25 participants attended this webinarto learn important information about the nine gemstones.GIA India Instructor Jamsheed Dastoor shared insights about the nine gems that represent the celestial bodies of Indian astrology: Sun (ruby), Moon (pearl), Mercury (emerald), Mars (coral), Jupiter (yellow sapphire or topaz), Venus (diamond), Saturn (blue sapphire) and the rising (zircon or hessonite) and descending (cat’s-eye) nodes of the moon.


New research suggests that there may be more than one reason to add almonds to your daily skin care routine.A new study by researchers at the University of California, Davis found that eating almonds daily in place of typical calorie-matched snacks improved measures of both wrinkle severity and skin pigmentation in postmenopausal women. Researchers found a statistically significant reduction in wrinkle severity in the group consuming almonds: at 16 weeks, there was a reduction of 15% and at 24 weeks, a reduction of 16%. There was also a statistically significant decrease in overall facial pigment intensity (unevenness of skin tone) in the almond group, There was a 20% reduction by week 16 that remained so at week 24.

the makers of 'Aashram' have now decided to open the second season of the blockbuster show, with a Tinka Singh concert.If that wasn't all, Adhyayan Suman will be singing his own songs in 'Aashram 2', with an addition of several concert scenes this season as a special treat to fans.The actor-singer also recently released a single 'Peg Daariya' that's fast becoming the friendship anthem of the year. Confirming the news Adhyayan Suman says, "Peg Daariya was really well received and I'm overwhelmed with the response. While it's too soon to divulge details, my character Tinka Singh will be doing a lot of concerts and I will be singing my own songs in Aashram 2."
