The Astraeus has BRAND NEW fibers! PAA hasn't released an All-New fiber since the introduction of the Roswell Grey a few years ago. As with the Roswell fibers I am SUPER impressed with these new fibers.

The brush has a 22mm knot that behaves more like a 24mm. 55mm loft that creates ample splay. EXCELLENT flow and retention. Medium backbone when compared to other synthetics. I seriously love this new brush. The looks,the feel..EVERYTHING!
