The DIVE Training Program is more than a skills initiative — it is a movement empowering young Ghanaians with the digital, creative, and technical capabilities needed to thrive in the future of work.

In this powerful documentary, follow the inspiring journey of the first cohort of 80 young graduates, selected from hundreds of applicants across Ghana, as they move from uncertainty to confidence, from job-seeking to job-ready, and from learners to innovators.

Through hands-on training in Artificial Intelligence, Coding & Robotics, Design Thinking, Digital Marketing, and Professional Development, the DIVERs worked on real-world projects, trained over 2,500 schoolchildren in STEM outreach, showcased innovations at the Ghana Digital and Innovation Week, and developed impactful capstone solutions addressing local challenges.
