e took a trip to Universal and stayed at Lowess to get the discount/included fast pass. It costs over $700 a night; after walking all day, I got in my room and there was 'fiji' water. I grabbed a bottle and stopped; it was $7 bucks a bottle in a 700 dollar room, utter garbage. I ordered room service the next morning; I knew it would be pricey. The girl brought the food, but the tip was already added to include a ROOM DELIVERY CHARGE for %$)(*#$)( room service--greedy people! It's room service! The tip was on there and then a space for extra--go blank off a blanking cliff! You've lost your place universal. This money grind included over 40 mins in the lobby trying to check in--two people with twenty plus in line--spending $700 a night is UTTER BS. I will NEVER go back. I do not recommend going - stay OFF property and know - THEY JAM the parks to the gills-harry potter-great rides, but we were so jammed up with people that you couldn't move without bumping someone; it's horrible for kids and dangerous.
