What's it like to be an Anderson Trucking Service company driver?

Описание к видео What's it like to be an Anderson Trucking Service company driver?

In this video, learn more about what the ATS company driver program looks like with driver manager Doug. Take an honest look at freight, benefits, equipment and pay to help you decide if ATS is the right carrier for you.

ATS is a true over-the-road (OTR) carrier with some regional freight options. Drivers have the option to haul freight on a dry van or a flatbed trailer. If you’ve never secured flatbed freight, you’ll go through flatbed securement training before you certify as an ATS driver. You’ll haul a wide array of freight — including everything from household goods to agriculture equipment.

Company drivers are on forced dispatch, which means their driver manager only presents them with one load offer. However, driver managers work closely with drivers to ensure the load works for the driver.

At ATS, drivers are treated as part of the family. As such, they receive a great benefits package and stable pay. ATS is a percentage pay carrier with a cents-per-mile minimum and company drivers always receive whichever pays the most on each load offer. Drivers also have access to well-maintained equipment (Volvo, Freightliner and Peterbilt models are available). All come with APUs, accident mitigation equipment and the Lytx camera system.
