Amazon developed two advanced agent-based models using AnyLogic to manage the complexities in their transportation network during holiday seasons. These models, one process flow and one geospatial, allowed for detailed analysis of yards at scale, addressing the risks and congestion in daily operations and design stages. Utilizing AnyLogic's cloud platform, stakeholders could run custom experiments to further enhance their transportation strategies.
