This is the seventh targeted attack since the beginning of October.

All planned repairs at energy facilities have been completed before the heating season.

Energy specialists have carried out a large-scale repair campaign at all energy facilities across the country – repairing over 10 GW of capacity. In addition, the planned volume of fuel and lubricants has been formed.

"Nine nuclear power units located on territory controlled by Ukraine are operational.
All scheduled repairs for generation preparation, as well as emergency repairs to restore facilities damaged by enemy attacks, have been carried out on time.
In fact, over 10 GW of installed capacity has been repaired. Restoration work continues on facilities that were hit again by ruzzia.

By government order, an emergency repair stockpile has been formed and is constantly updated at fuel and energy enterprises, which is used for operational repairs and restoration of facilities after Russian attacks.

A special focus in preparation for the heating season is decentralization and the development of distributed generation capacities.
Equipment, including solar panels, as well as backup power supplies, are being delivered to localities, which will help ensure the energy resilience of regions and reduce the load on the unified energy system..
As part of the government program "Ray of Hope," 17 solar power plants have been installed for hospitals.

"One of the key tasks of the government was also the accumulation of fuel and lubricants..
This has been fully completed today. Stocks of gas, fuel oil, and other resources necessary for the heating season have been formed.

In the conditions of continuous Russian attacks, international partners help Ukraine maintain energy resilience.

Over the past 100 days, 113 million euros have been attracted to the Energy Support Fund.
Another 33.1 million euros in contributions to the Fund have been declared by international partners. These are the funds with which Ukraine continues to purchase the necessary energy equipment for rapid repairs after enemy attacks.

📌 Partners assist both with financial resources and equipment – during this time, more than a ton of cargo with all necessary items has been received from 14 countries worldwide.
Communication with partners regarding Ukraine's needs continues daily.

Energy specialists have developed action algorithms for emergency situations. At the same time, Ukrainians are urged to use power sparingly, to help energy workers keep the energy system stable, primarily by adhering to the principles of "smart consumption."

The agreed maximum power import capacity of electricity to Ukraine from other European countries in October is up to 2,100 MW.
Ukrenergo is working on increasing the maximum import capacity.

The Swedish side confirmed it will continue providing direct funding, as well as developing projects under key support mechanisms within UNDP, EIB, the Ukraine Energy Support Fund, EBRD, and the World Bank.
