⚡ Heizou: Full EM or CRIT Attack Build? (Taser Comparison)

Just a quick comparison and in this scenario, both perform similarly.
I believe the CRIT ATK Build will be better if: (1) C6 Heizou, (2) Single Target scenario, (3) Bringing ATK / Anemo shred support, and (4) You have cracked ATK CRIT artifacts. Full EM is competitive in this video due to the AoE environment, but it's way cheaper to build if you already have 4pc VV Full EM. However, if you go full EM, might as well use Sucrose instead of Heizou. I'm sticking with the traditional build cause IT'S FUN. Mine is at C3.
