Glacier Rond to West couloir | Chamonix 2024 (ski mountaineering)

As in 2023 we headed to Chamonix at the end of april/start of may. But this year snow conditions were better and we skied some nice lines😊

For a first day we headed straight to Aiguille du Midi. Skied some super dry and light pow to the Cosmiques refuge. Here we decided to go Glacier Rond and exit through west couloir - no better place for new boots😅

We found some icy parts but most of skiing was good powder and nice weather. We finished a day with classic Vallee Blanche in perfect no visibility conditions.

First day set the level high, more lines in future videos.
