What’s the “Billy Lynn's Long Halftime” movie about?
Billy Lynn (Joe Alwyn from Harriet and Operation Finale) is a 19 texan young man. In the midst of the 2005 Iraq War, he is sent there. After surviving a violent altercation, Billy is repatriated with several of his brothers-in-arms, to be celebrated as a hero by the entire country. At a football game, the young man recalls, via a series of flashbacks, the tragic events that took place that day.
