Every year, My friends Jace and Hudson host a film festival BY filmmakers FOR filmmakers. The goal is to give directors a chance to make something they are passionate about, while also getting the opportunity to premiere it in front of hundreds of people and receive live feedback. This year, I got to host the after party and talk to some of the directors about why they think it’s important make films that are meaningful, and also engage with like-minded community, in a culture that seems less and less intentional in these areas.
