जन्माष्टमी विशेष गोविंद लाडू करण्यासाठी लागणारे साहित्य
• २ कप पोहे
• १ कप शेंगदाणे
• १/२ कप डेसिकेटेड कोकोनट
• १/४ कप बदाम
• १/४ कप काजू
• चिमूटभर जायफळाची पूड
• १/२ चमचा वेलची पूड
• १ मोठा चमचा खसखस
• २ मोठे चमचा पांढरे तीळ
• १ कप गूळ
• १/४ कप साजूक तूप

Ingredients:
• 2 cups Poha
• 1 cup raw Peanuts
• 1/2 cup desiccated Coconut
• 1/4 cup Almonds
• 1/4 cup Cashew nuts
• Pinch of Nutmeg powder
• 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
• 1 tbsp Poppy seeds
• 2 tbsp white Sesame seeds
• 1 cup Jaggery
• 1/4 cup Ghee

Method:
• Heat up 1 tsp ghee in a pan and spread it well.
• Add poha and roast it well until the poha turns out nice and crunchy and get light golden color.
Take the poha out into a dish.
• Again add 1 tsp ghee and peanuts and fry the peanuts really good until they begin to pop up.
• Move the peanuts along the edge of the pan and add 1 tsp ghee at the center of the pan.
• Add cashew nuts and almonds in the ghee and fry them well. add sesame seeds, desiccated
coconut and poppy seeds and fry everything well together.
• You can use grated dry coconut in place of desiccated coconut.
• Turn the gas off and let the mixture cool down.
• Transfer the roasted poha into a blender jar and blend it into fine powder. Take it out into a bowl.
• Transfer all other roasted ingredients into the blender jar and blend it into coarse powder.
• Take it out into the bowl and add jaggery.
• Mix everything well together and transfer the mixture into the blender jar.
• Add 1 tsp ghee and blend it well together.
• Take the mixture out into a bowl and add cardamom powder and nutmeg powder.
• Mix well and roll ladoos from it. Garnish ladoo with a cashew nut or black raisin. Govind ladoo are
ready.
• You can make 21 ladoos from the ingredients used.
