🌱 How do we truly measure the impact of our food, from a single crop field in Europe to a plate filled with multiple ingredients? In #FOODTURE, we’re developing a methodology that brings all the puzzle pieces together.

We are combining new data, innovative tools, and fresh perspectives to build a way to see the environmental footprint of food more clearly than ever before. To make sure this approach works in practice, we’re testing it through real-life case studies. From Italian grain fields and Peruvian avocado farms, to poultry in Belgium, aquaculture in Italy, and even complex processed foods in France — each case is helping us pinpoint the hotspots and uncover opportunities for eco-innovation.
