In this modern world we live in, silence will no longer be deafening. For the past decades, it is apparent that noise pollution has become one of the most popular inconveniences the human population has to offer to an individual like me. And not so long ago, it was my truth that in silence I take refuge. Only in the presence of it was peace of mind acquirable. And had God not put you in my path, my frame of mind would have remained the same and silence would have remained so beautiful. But since you came, you fabricated a brand-new definition to my life. You altered my once dull and common existence and put forth a jubilant me. And 'til this very day, it's your voice that makes each second of my life ecstatic, each minute so upbeat, and for each hour you make me long to be with you forever. But forever is close to impossible. Despite the fact that we share the same love, we have our own lives to live and that matter of individuality will never cease to exist. In the days to come, there's always that probability that I won't get to hear your stories, or even your complaints, and how you laugh. Just like now, that's why I have the luxury of time to write this down. It's because I'm in the middle of silence. And now in this silence, I lament the absence of the calmness and sweetness to your lax voice. For now I am but a lover, psyched, awaiting the hour of her valentine's homecoming. And this, this for me is the evolution of silence. Something that has lost it's meaning and importance to my life. Because right this moment, next to God, you are what's important to me.
