I recently tested a new-to-me brand of vegan white chocolate and ran a few tests on it and I am so impressed!

Healthy Crunch is a woman owned company based right here in Ontario 🇨🇦 and I love that their goal is to create great tasting products that are safe for those of us who have food allergies.

You know, when I had to give up dairy as my allergy got out of control, I knew that chocolate was going to be one of the food items I'd miss the most. I've tried multiple vegan white chocolate options over the last few years but never really found anything that tasted great in baked goods and melted properly. I mean, looking at this, you would think it was the real deal.
