For Filipino families, serving Heritage dishes is a must during this time of the year. Today, I’ll be preparing my version of Patatim and for this, I’ll be using a Heritage Filipino kitchen ingredient- Marca Piña Soy Sauce.

The ingredients for this are:
Pata
Marca Piña Soy Sauce
Shiitake Mushroom
Bokchoy
Star Anise
Bay Leaves
Muscovado
Vinegar
Ginger
Garlic
Sesame Oil
Cornstarch
