In this video, i am going to explain everything you need to know about pupillary reflexes in a simple and easy way. You'll learn the types of reflexes like the light reflex, accommodation reflex, and ciliospinal reflex, along with their pathways and how they work. Each reflex is explained with the help of basic anatomy, so you can understand how the optic nerve and oculomotor nerve are involved.

You’ll also learn how to examine the pupils in a clinical setting—what to look for in a normal response, and how to test for direct and consensual light reflexes using a swinging flashlight test.
