FAUN: Drawing Mythical Creatures ✶ From Sketch to Digital Painting Process | Inês Andias

Описание к видео FAUN: Drawing Mythical Creatures ✶ From Sketch to Digital Painting Process | Inês Andias

✶ As my part four of 'Drawing Mythical Creatures' series, I've decided to do the Faun Creature. 🐐

The faun is a mythological half human–half goat creature appearing in Roman mythology.

The goat men are bipedal creatures with the legs and tail of a goat and the head, torso, and arms of a man, and are often depicted with goat's horns and pointed ears. These creatures borrowed their appearance from the satyrs, who in turn borrowed their appearance from the god Pan of the Greek pantheon. They were symbols of peace and fertility.

In this video I draw several sketches on a sketchbook spread of my interpretation of a Faun and I also tell you step-by-step how I go from a traditional drawing to a digital painting 💖
