This is a little over 10-minute riding a bike around the lake at 3 Oaks recreation area. I am biking in this video at around 15MPH or so. I would think the video is best for stationary biking or running on a treadmill. However, I could see it being used for walking, using an elliptical, or just enjoying.

Starting in the early 1950’s, Vulcan Materials began extracting sand and stone from the site known today as the Three Oaks Recreation Area. After four decades of mining, the water table was exposed and created two lakes. When Vulcan Materials completed mining in the late 1990s, the site became the property of the City of Crystal Lake. The City then began years of development planning to construct a passive recreation area. In the fall of 2010, Three Oaks Recreation Area, named after the road that once ran through the land, opened to the public.
