We love Thai food, but we admit that pairing wine with Thai food, or other complex and spicy Asian cuisines can be tough. But don’t worry! We’re here to help!

While some people may poo-poo the idea that food and wine pairing is a thing, we are here to tell you that 1) it is a thing, and 2) the variety of wines that you can pair with different types of foods is actually quite large. So don’t be afraid of it, and don’t be a naysayer. Get with the program!
