How much sunlight do we need every day? What is the optimal amount of sun or sun exposure for people in a day? And WHY is it important at all? These are very meaningful questions since without the sun, we don't exist at all.

The sun is the ultimate source of energy for all living things.... or at least most of them. Some of those deep sea creatures and underground creatures are exceptions LOL. Plants and trees need sunlight and human beings and animals need plants for oxygen and food. We all depend on each other but it all begins with sunshine.

We human beings are at the top of the food chain and heavily reliant on the sun's rays every single day for warmth, light to see and for it's impact on our skin, hormones and energy.
