Schmee the Monkey Monkey original “who am i”

Released without vocal editing or qualms but it should come with some wine considering how cheesy but good the rhymes are. Only a few hours of rhyme and a couple of takes once beat had its bones it likely won’t make album so happy to release now for all you lucky million that follow… who am i? The intro was a random clip from a great spiritual communicator named Bob Proctor that I came across and thought it was fitting.


“Who Am I?” A fundamental question taught in meditation around the world. And i was taught by a meditation teacher a few years ago so it’s stuck with me. Today, i ran into this first clip so i figured this is a good chance to follow it up with a rhyme and beat that stemmed from the concept. I doubt this track will make the final cut for the EP but if it does it will be majorly edited and much of it changed if it did so i figure why not share this cheesy raw spiritual gangster flow as part of the process. The beat slaps.
“Sohan Namaha” means I am awareness. Or my favorite is breathing in and saying under your breath “hong” then breathe out the word “Za” which means you are constantly repeating “i am it, it is me, i am it, it is me” that is what we truly are

As a case instance, lets say in this life others see me as a good friend. But I am not the good Friend. Good friend is not me. I am the awareness recognizing that I enjoy playing the role as a good friend often times in life… which works in other instances like when you fail at something. You are not failure (good time to announce primary Ocean is being wrapped up). You are the witness of you trying something and it not working out for whatever reason! When our minds try to trick us to think we are something we are or are not just smile back at it and say oh is that so? And know you are way more than that! This is the basis to giving glory to GOD in all things
