How to Reach SANJAY GANDHI NATIONAL PARK, BORIVALI, MUMBAI ?

Sanjay Gandhi National Park will be closed every Monday for morning walkers and tourists.

ENTRY FEES (People and Vehicles):

Main Entrance

A) Adults (above 12 years): ₹94/-
B) Children (5 to 12 years): ₹50/-
C) Motorcycles (parking): ₹81/-
D) Light Vehicles (Cars, Jeeps, Tempos) (parking): ₹316/-
E) Heavy Vehicles (Tractors, Buses, Trucks): ₹471/-
F) Bicycles: ₹36/-
G) Normal Photography (Camera): ₹259/-

SGNP Parking Charges on hourly basis

Two Wheelers: ₹10 per hour
Three/Four Wheelers: ₹35 per hour

Notes:
Please take care of your valuables and helmet, as the responsibility lies with you.
All tickets are available only at the ticket counter.
A parking ticket is mandatory for the vehicle.

Important Note:
Tickets for mini train, boating, lion and tiger safari, and Kanheri bus are available at the respective points.

SGNP BICYCLE RENTING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. ID Proof (Pan, Aadhar Card, Driving License) must be submitted when hiring a bicycle.
2. A deposit of ₹300 is required for each bicycle.
3. Minimum hiring charges are ₹80 for 2 hours, with an additional ₹20 for every 30 minutes thereafter.
4. Check the bicycle before hiring. Any damage at the time of return will be deducted from the deposit. If damages exceed the deposit, the hirer is liable for additional repair charges.
5. No pillion (double seat) riding is allowed; a penalty of ₹500 will be imposed if found doing so.
6. Do not ride bicycles to Kanheri Caves due to dangerous slopes. Management is not responsible for any accidents or injuries.
7. Bicycle hiring time is from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Bicycles must be returned by 4:30 PM. Late returns will incur a penalty of ₹500.
8. The bicycle project is closed on Mondays.

Ticket Prices:
Adult: Rs. 124
Child (5-12 years): Rs. 50

Note:
Each person can buy a maximum of 5 tickets.
The bus will not start unless at least 15 adult tickets are reserved.

Timings:
Morning: 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM
Afternoon: 14:00 PM to 16:30 PM

Important:
No advance booking available.
Tickets will be issued subject to bus availability.

Instructions for Carrying Bicycles on Maha Mumbai Metro Line 2A & 7

Permitted Time Slots:
Morning: 5:30 AM to 8:00 AM
Midday: 11:00 AM to 16:30 PM
Evening: 21:00 PM to 23:30 PM (or till the end of revenue hours)
Sunday: Bicycles are allowed throughout the day

Bicycle Requirements:
Standard bicycle rim size: Maximum 2.4 inches in width

Ticketing and Charges:
No additional charges for carrying a bicycle
