NO Bitter taste..! | 10kg Bitter gourd recipe | ಹಾಗಲ ಕಾಯಿ ಕರುಕುರು ಬಾಳುಕ ಹೀಗೆ ಮಾಡಿ ನೋಡಿ..

We have already showed the recipe of curd chillies. This recipe is nothing but the bitter gourd and ivy gourd version of the same. The process is almost same except we remove the bitter taste by adding some salt and separate the water released. While cutting them into pieces, cut into thicker pieces because after sundried, they become thin. Both bitter gourd and ivy gourd are best suitable for this recipe. We can store them for minimum 1 year. Oil fried dries are best suitable for hot rice porridge or rice meal.

Bitter gourd/ivy gourd,
salt,
buttermilk,
oil for frying.
