These four talented poets read on Sunday, September 25th, 2022 at Write By The Sea in Kilmore Quay.

Adam Wyeth is an award-winning and critically acclaimed poet, playwright and essayist with five books published with Salmon Poetry.

His poetry has been recognised by, among others, the Forward Poetry Prize, the Kavanagh Fellowship Award and as an Irish Times Book of the Year Adam's plays have been performed across Ireland and New York and Berlin.

A.M. Cousins was born in Kilmore and now lives in Wexford Town. Her first collection of poetry, REDRESS, was published by Revival Press in March 2021. Her work can also be found in The Stinging Fly, Poetry Ireland Review and poethead.com. Her poem Not my Michael Furey won the FISH Poetry Prize in 2019 and her work was recognised by the Patrick Kavanagh Poetry Competition in 2015, 2016 and 2019.


Margaret Galvin has published five collections of poetry. Described as ‘gritty and unsentimental’ her poetry had attracted a number of literary prizes including The Brendan Kennelly Award, the Francis Ledwidge, The Ballybunion Poetry Prize and The Michael Mullen Award.


Fintan Murphy has been involved in amateur drama and literary pursuits all his life. He was a founder member of Ennis Players and later Ballycogley Players and has acted and directed with both groups. He has had poetry, short stories, articles and humorous pieces published in various newspapers, magazines, journals and anthologies. His first book of poetry Slender Toward the Sky was published in 2006, and was a local best-seller.
