Going against their own agreement, VTP REALTY Pune forfeited 85K, refunded 2.15 Lakhs to flat buyer

The "Binding Effect" clause in VTP Realty's agreement draft states that if the agreement is not signed, then they will refund "ALL SUMS DEPOSITED BY the Allottee/s... INCLUDING the booking amount". Paragraph 42.1 of the draft agreement sent by the Builder-buyer Agreement of Ashdan Properties Pvt Ltd of VTP Group says this explicitly. In spite of this, VTP builder took away Rs 85K belonging to the flat buyer Abhishek Rath.

VTP Group sent flat buyer Abhishek Rath a legal notice threatening him with prosecution if he published this video explaining how Rs 85,000/- was deducted from his amount while refunding the remaining amount of Rs 2.15 lakhs.
