قتل عمد کے مقدمات میں ایک مرتبہ راضی نامہ ہو جائے بعد میں دیت کی رقم زیادہ کرنے یا راضی نامہ منسوخ کرنے کیلئے درخواست نہیں دی جاسکتی ہے اور دیت دراصل کوئی سزا نہیں ہوتی ہے
