MAURICE BENARD STATE OF MIND with CHAD DUELL

This week I'm joined by Chad Duell. You may know Chad best from his role as Michael Corinthos on General Hospital.

Chad and I have been friends for a long time now and he's like a son to me. We had a very thoughtful conversation, but we kept coming back to was you have to keep doing things that make you uncomfortable. While you may want to avoid it because of anxiety and stress, Chad and I both are proof that, when you continue to push yourself to do those things, you build up your tolerance and it does get easier to do.
