[No Music] How to make Mango Sorbet

Ingredients:

1000g mango (without seed and skin, I used 4 mangoes)
200g maple syrup
200g coconut milk

Instructions:

1. mix and blend all the ingredients
2. freeze the mixture
3. cut in small pieces and blend with food processor
4. freeze the mixture again.
5. serve and enjoy ;)

「材料」

マンゴー　1kg（タネと皮を取り除いた状態で。大きいマンゴー４つ使いました）
メープルシロップ　200g
ココナッツミルク　200g

「作り方」

１、全ての材料をブレンダーなどで滑らかになるまで混ぜます。
２、容器に流し入れ、冷凍します。
３、一口大くらいに切り分け、フードプロセッサーにかけます。
４、もう一度冷凍します。
５、出来上がり！
