We walk through the process of preparing the crack, applying the welding rod without overheating the base material, and shaping the weld for a smooth, paint-ready finish. Special care is taken to avoid common mistakes like using too much heat or trying to melt the bumper itself, which can lead to poor results.

This repair method is ideal for restoring strength and appearance to damaged polyurethane parts.
