This is a unique build, literally. I have only one non unique chest piece.

This build is solely for Uber Lilith, hence the focus is pure damage. If you want to use it for nightmare dungeons, it can comfortably go up to T70 only.

‪@AlvynCheong‬ discovered that Pox vampire power can apply poison and give me a 4th tal rasha buff.

I detail my phase 2 combo at the end of the video to burst her down and skip the irritating blood boils attack
