Perfect Recipe if you like spicy and creamy at the same time😳
Recipe:
Step 1: In a pan add 20gms butter,
Jeera 1tsp
Black pepper 1/2tsp
Cinnamon stick 2-3 small
Black Cardamom 1
Green cardamom 2
Stararnise 1
Bay leaf 2
Garlic 12-14
Ginger 2cm pc
Onion 3 small
Tomatoes 5 small
Cook it well until it’s soft and then blend it into a smooth paste.
Step2: cut two box/600 gms of mushrooms into 1 by 4 piece and boil it for 5 mins.
Step 3: add 50 gms butter
Turmeric 1/2tsp
Coriander powder 1tsp
Red chilli powder 1tbsp
And then add our smooth paste and sauté it well and add
Salt 1tbsp
Kasoori Methi 1/2tbsp
Boiled mushroom
And cook it for 2 mins and lastly add
Fresh cream 100 gms
Coriander
And ek Chutki se bhi kaam sugar
And this how our special Butter mushroom masala is ready.😉
