GR Auto Gallery is pleased to present this incredibly rare Chevrolet Series AD 2 Door. This incredible find comes in a two tone blue and black paint job complimented by a clean tan interior. Powering the AD is a rebuilt 3.2 liter 6 cylinder motor mated to a manual transmission. A full restoration is believed to have been completed on the vehicle by the previous owner based on its condition. This historic 2 door comes to us from a private collection and as such has been properly maintained and stored. The Series AD was launched as replacement for the 1929 Series AC models. The AD retained the new "stovebolt" 194 cubic inches (3.2 L) six-cylinder engine from the Series AC, but with bigger intake valves and smaller exhaust valves, along with a new manifold, raised power from 46 hp to 50 hp. The suspension now included hydraulic shock absorbers and the fuel gauge was moved from the tank to the dash panel.
