You CAN NOT make flour in a regular blender, it just won't have the power or design to do it. You'll need a high quality, slightly more expensive blender, which will be worth it in the long run cause you'll not only be able to make fresh homemade flour recipes but you'll be able to do lots and lots of things you couldn't or wouldn't do before, and everything you blend is fresh, healthy, and amazing.
