8 Spreadsheet for the Villa Secrets Network in Hawaii for Vacation Roost

In this video we look at the spreadsheet and business plan created in the summer of 2015 for Vacation Roost, who have many luxury villas available in a format that we can connect to.

In this presentation we show how we would wish develop a Primary Network of 4 websites in Hawaii. And offer a 5 year financial forecast.

We tried to contact Vacation Roost via their software company Leisure Link, however we were unsuccessful, and moved on with our development with the idea to come back, when we have a more developed plan and product.

This was the turning point that put the Caribbean in our sights, as there were no other Property Management Systems that we knew of that could give us API access to enough properties to justify a network in the way we then conceived it.

If we were going to have to start from the ground up, working with individual villa rental companies bespoke portfolios, not API's, the Caribbean was in terms of quantity of villas x cost per night the obvious second choice after Hawaii.
