1. Birthday Field

A dedicated date field on the Employee form that captures each staff member’s date of birth. Displays age dynamically, enables birthday reminders, and supports filtering—enabling HR to send congratulations, schedule celebrations, or offer personalized engagement.

2. Talent Pool
A centralized module for tracking and grouping employees or candidates with high potential. It includes rating templates, tags (e.g., “High Potential,” “Ready Now”), and historical tracking. With this, HR managers can monitor promising individuals for promotions, internal mobility, or succession planning.

3. Allocation Warning
An alert system that notifies managers when resource allocation exceeds capacity—like assigning more employees to projects than available working hours or staff slots. Proactively prevents overbooking and ensures balanced workloads across teams.

4. Unapproved Timesheet
A workflow feature highlighting time entries that haven’t yet received managerial approval. These are clearly flagged in dashboards and reports, with automated reminders to responsible employees and alert options for managers—ensuring accurate payroll and project tracking.

5. Activity Schedule on Job Position
Allows HR teams to predefine a recurring or one-time schedule of onboarding or role-specific activities tied to a job position. For instance: onboarding tasks, mandatory training, probation check-ins. When assigning an employee to that position, the schedule automatically generates tasks so nothing falls through the cracks.

6. Employee Termination
A streamlined, secure termination workflow module guiding HR through exit procedures. Steps include: exit date setup, termination reason documentation, revoking system access, offboarding tasks (like returning equipment and conducting exit interviews), and generating final settlements—helping ensure compliance and clean record-keeping.

7. Remote Work Enable
