An alert system that notifies managers when resource allocation exceeds capacity—like assigning more employees to projects than available working hours or staff slots. Proactively prevents overbooking and ensures balanced workloads across teams.
4. Unapproved Timesheet
A workflow feature highlighting time entries that haven’t yet received managerial approval. These are clearly flagged in dashboards and reports, with automated reminders to responsible employees and alert options for managers—ensuring accurate payroll and project tracking.
5. Activity Schedule on Job Position
Allows HR teams to predefine a recurring or one-time schedule of onboarding or role-specific activities tied to a job position. For instance: onboarding tasks, mandatory training, probation check-ins. When assigning an employee to that position, the schedule automatically generates tasks so nothing falls through the cracks.
