Meditation To Heal The Ajna Chakra :
• Put your hands near the lower part of your breast. The middle
fingers are straight and touch at the top, pointing forward. The
other fingers should be bent and touch at the upper two
phalanges. The thumbs should point towards you and touch at
the top.
• Concentrate on the Third Eye chakra slightly above the point
between the eyebrows. Chant the sound “OM” or “AUM”


Mantra -
Om agya-chakraa-bahja-nilayāyei namaha

Meaning -
This mantra adores Goddess Shakti as a Hakini shakti. The meaning of this mantra is – “Salutation to Goddess who is seated at the lotus of the third eye chakra “. Ajna chakra is a 2 petal, Indigo colour chakra located in the middle of the forehead. By reciting this Shakti mantra one can clear, balance and open the Ajna or Third eye chakra.


#AjnaChakra also known as Third Eye Chakra is located at the center of your forehead. It is connected with Superior intuition, creative intelligence, power of commanding wealth, and magnetism. Beej mantra for meditation on this Chakra is AUM. Daily meditation with this mantra resonates with the vibration of the chakra and balances Ajna Chakra.
