INGREDIENTS:
FOR DAL :
1 Cup Pegion Peas, Arhar dalwashed soaked for 1hr
For Boiling Dal ( 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 2 tsp salt , 3 glass water )
1/4 Cup Peanuts fried
FOR TEMPERING :
1/2 cumin seeds
1/2 Mustard seeds
1/4 Fenugreek seeds
1/4 Asafoetida/ hing
2 Green chillies chopped
1 Tsp Ginger
Curry leaves
2 Tomatoes Chopped
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder spicy
1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
1/4 tsp Black pepper powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli powder
1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
1/2 tsp salt
FOR DHOKLI/ DULHAN :
1.5 Cup Wheat flour
1/4 tspCarom seeds
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
1/2 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
salt
1 tbsp Oil
Water
OTHER INGREDIENTS:
2 tbsp Fresh coriander leaves for garnishing
1 tbsp Lemon juice
