Investing is always a risk. But when you as an investor prove to your investors that you consistently give them good ROI, your reputation will naturally spread among lenders and investors as a reputable person and company.

My first deal was a duplex and m first investors were my relatives. I used that one deal to prove that I was worth investing in by putting in the work and getting great cashflow AND return when I refinanced and sold the property! From there, my reputation grew! Now I do millions of dollars in real estate deals every year!
