This is a Two-Bit review of Calgary Zoo in Alberta.

The Good:
The zoo is huge but very well laid out
Great selection of animals birds and other wild life
Beautiful modern facility
Lots of bathroom facilities
Many places to grab a drink or something to eat
Lots of shaded areas as you walk to keep you cool in the summer
They rent wagons for pulling small kids and bags

The Bad:
Not very much bad, except that it is very large and you need to allow a ½ day to explore

We loved this zoo, well laid out, lots of animals, as far as a place to check out we give it a 8-9 out of 10
