Ingredients:


1/2 chicken breast (115g): 140 calories, 26g protein, 3g fat, 0g carbs (cut it into 2 fillets)
Low-fat milk: 1/4 cup (30 calories, 3g protein, 0g fat, 6g carbs)
Lemon juice: 1 teaspoon (5 calories, 0g protein, 0g fat, 1g carbs)
Seasoning (e.g., salt, pepper, herbs): negligible calories
Soy sauce: 1 teaspoon (5 calories, 1g protein, 0g fat, 1g carbs)
Sriracha sauce: 1 teaspoon (5 calories, 0g protein, 0g fat, 1g carbs)
Bread crumbs (2 tablespoons): 100 calories, 2g protein, 2g fat, 20g carbs
Oil (spray): approximately 5 calories


Instructions:


1. In a bowl, whisk together low-fat milk, lemon juice, soy sauce, and Sriracha sauce.
