Resepi Macaroni Goreng | Fried Macaroni Recipe:-
1/2 bawang holland (potong dadu) | 1/2 yellow onion (diced)
3 ulas bawang putih (dicincang) | 3 pieces of garlic (minced)
Isi ayam | Chicken fillet/breast
2 cawan sos spageti tomato | 2 cups of tomato spaghetti sauce
Sedikit garam | a bit of salt
Sedikit gula | a bit of sugar
Sedikit serbuk lada hitam (pilihan) | a bit of black pepper powder (optional)
4 cawan makaroni (direbus) | 4 cups of macaroni (cooked)

Resepi Sos Putih | White Sauce Recipe:-
1 sdb mentega | 1 tbsp of butter
1 sdb tepung gandum | 1 tbsp of wheat flour
1 cawan susu segar | 1 cup of fresh milk
Sedikit lada sulah (pilihan) | a bit of white pepper (optional)
3 sdb keju mozzarella | 3 tbsp of mozzarella cheese

Parutan keju mozzarella untuk taburan sebelum dibakar (kuantiti ikut selera)
Shredded mozzarella cheese for sprinkle before baking (quantity is according to taste)
