In this video We’ll show you how to replace the impeller and wear ring on a 2008 Sea Doo RXT 255. My friend's Sea Doo ran less than 30 mph, so we found the problem and fixed it.

We decided to install a new impeller and wear ring. When we took off the jet pump, we found a broken wear ring. After replacing the wear ring, the Sea Doo runs like new again.
