How to make spicy indo chinese chilli Paneer is made in restaurants style . .Chilli Paneer Semi Gravy Recipe . Chilli Paneer is one of the famous dish all over the India because of its superb taste. Chilli Paneer Dry, Chilli Paneer Gravy and Semi Gravy all are in different taste but all ingredients are same. It depend on how it cooked.


Ingredients:-

for batter

Paneer - 300 gm (Cut into bite size pieces)
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Cornflour - 3 Tbsp
Maida /plain flour - 2 tbsp
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Ginger paste - 1 tbsp

For gravy

Oil - 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Dark Soy Sauce - 1 tsp
Cornflour - 1 Tbsp & (2 tbsp water)
Hot chilli sauce/Ketchup - 2 Tbsp
White Vinegar - 1 tsp
Green chili sauce - 1 tbsp
Ajinomoto (MSG) - 1/4 tsp
Ginger - 1 tbsp
Garlic - 1 tbsp
Onion - 2 medium size
Green chillies - 4-5 pieces
Spring onion - handful
Capsicums - 1 medium size
