I'm sharing some of my recent meals and what I eat in a day for perimenopause weight loss. I'm also sharing my experience starting hormone replacement therapy (HRT) using both oral progesterone and an estradiol patch.

I shoot for 85+ grams of protein a day to help maintain muscle mass while also using a GLP-1 weight loss medication. I haven't lost all of the weight I gained during perimenopause, but I'm on my way. I'm also experiencing less inflammation and fewer migraines which is a huge win.
